Jim has lived in the Oklahoma City area most of his life. He moved to Bethany in 1979 as a 10-year-old when his dad was hired as the Area Director for Young Life in OKC, and he graduated from Putnam City West in ’87. He attended Oklahoma State and graduated from the University of Kentucky. After a short time out of state, he moved back to Oklahoma City in 1995, where he and his beautiful wife Stacy have raised 5 kids. He has worked in NW Oklahoma City, Norman, Mustang, and El Reno. Between wrestling tournaments, football games, dance recitals, orchestra and choir concerts, and soccer games for his kids, he has spent significant time in Warr Acres, Moore, SW Oklahoma City, Edmond, Midwest City, Del City, and Choctaw. Most of Jim’s career has been in sales and customer service. He would tell you that helping others is in his blood. Fernando joined Team Dynamo in June 2022. He serves as a Life Improvement Specialist: guiding buyers and sellers through a smooth real estate transaction.

Fernando was born in West Union, Iowa. He then moved to Gainesville, FL twenty seven years ago. He loved the small hometown feel so much that he wanted to raise his family here too. He attended Buchholz High School, and then managed a family owned Ace Hardware. Fernando has owned and operated a successful lawn care and landscaping business, Back to Basics Lawn Care for more than 15 years. His experience with Back to Basics has helped him build his customer service skills, work ethic, and focus on relationship building just a few of the key components to making a great real estate agent. Growing up in Gainesville has given him the knowledge of the area and what the community can offer our clients.

Fernando met his wife in high school and then married in 2011. They have two beautiful children, Clara and Julian. He and his family enjoy sports leagues, fitness activities, traveling, and working on the lawn.

Jeremy Dobbs is a leader in the Tuscaloosa, AL real estate market. Prior to starting Global Homes Group, he was an independent KW agent with Keller Williams Tuscaloosa where he regularly was one of the top producing single agents.

Prior to jumping full-time into real estate, he was an athletic trainer with the University of Alabama where he worked for Men’s Cross Country,  Track & Field, and Women’s Basketball - while overseeing Volleyball and Swimming and Diving as well. His love of sports carries on as he is the head coach of an elite 12U girls travel softball team.

He has been married to his wonderful wife for 26 years, they have 3 wonderful children.
