Her love for nature also draws her to the beach, where she finds solace and inspiration.

Devry Carr
Meet Devry Carr, a determined and accomplished individual with a passion for making a difference. As a former BYU basketball athlete, Devry knows the value of dedication and hard work, which has fueled her drive for excellence in all aspects of life.
Recently graduating from the Experience Design and Management program at BYU Marriott School of Business, Devry's education has equipped her with a unique skill set in crafting exceptional experiences. Her creativity and innovative mindset have led her to explore new possibilities and solve challenges in a fresh and impactful way. Devry recently tied the knot and relocated to Arizona with her husband, who is pursuing a medical career. This new chapter has nurtured her adaptability and resilience, strengthening her determination to face any situation head-on with positivity and grace.
Devry is currently interning with NIL Real Estate, learning the ins and outs of all things real estate, NIL, and business. This experience has allowed her to apply her expertise in Experience Design and Management to the real estate industry.

Local Agent- Team Lead
Christer Holmquist
Christer has been involved with Real Estate for over 23 years. He began his career
in 1999 as an agent and quickly rose to the role of office manager for two highly
successful offices. In 2004 Christer returned to sales and along with his partner formed The Holmquist Group, a highly profitable team of agents and support staff that have helped over 2000+ families.
In addition to running his team, Christer is a KW MAPS Coach, a job that allows him to help other agents and teams lead lives by design. Christer believes in empowering others to succeed at the highest level in their personal and professional lives.
Christer currently lives in Cape Cod, MA where he enjoys running his team remotely as well as being involved in several other businesses.

Administrative Assistant BYU Track & Field
Alissa Fielding
Alissa Fielding is a current member of Brigham Young University's cross-country and track and field teams with a passion for all athletics. Up to this point in her athletic career, although she has dealt with years of season-ending injuries, she has individually qualified for Regionals in the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship (2019 & 2023).
She has also helped her team become West Coast Conference Champions in cross-country (2022), Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Champions in indoor track (2023), and take 8th place at the NCAA Cross-Country National Championship (2022). Alissa earned her degree April, 2023 in Exercise and Wellness with a minor in Business at BYU, and she is now taking post-baccalaureate classes as she finishes out her running eligibility.
She has had a wide variety of job opportunities ranging from managing 2 Hokulia Shave Ice franchises, working within several companies in their accounting departments, a marketing intern for the Jimmerosity foundation belonging to the 2011 NCAA college basketball player of the year, Jimmer Fredette, and as a Wellness Events Coordinator for BYU Employee Wellness.
Alissa wants to be able to inspire others to achieve goals they never thought were possible whether those goals are in athletics, schooling, or their future careers.

Marie Wilson
Marie Wilson is a dedicated and passionate individual who has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. She embarked on her real estate journey in 2010, immersing herself in the intricate world of short sale processing.
During those early years, she honed her skills, learning the nuances of the industry and providing exceptional service to her clients. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile quickly earned her a reputation as someone who could be trusted and relied upon.
As the years passed, Marie's expertise expanded, and in 2020, she made a significant leap forward, focusing on traditional short sales. This transition showcased her adaptability and tenacity in a challenging market, where she continued to acquire knowledge and deliver favorable outcomes for her clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Marie is actively involved in her church's women's group, where she dedicates her time and energy to uplifting and empowering fellow women in their personal and spiritual growth. Her compassionate and supportive nature extends beyond the world of real estate, leaving a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
In her quiet moments, Marie enjoys crafting, reading, hiking & camping. However, her true sanctuary lies within the warmth of her family. She currently resides in the captivating state of Arizona with her husband and two teenagers. She cherishes the community and the beautiful landscapes that surround her. Time spent with loved ones is the most precious to her, and she treasures each moment shared. Whether it's playing board games, having heartfelt conversations, or embarking on family outings, she wholeheartedly embraces the togetherness that fills her life with love and laughter.
