Katy Cookston
Katy is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record of excellence. She transitioned into real estate full time in 2018 and launched her team, Katy & Co, in 2019. Since 2020, she has consistently ranked among the top agents in her office, earning a reputation for exceptional client service and results-driven leadership.
In the spring of 2023, Katy joined NIL Real Estate, working with collegiate athletes to help them build long-term wealth through real estate. In the spring of 2025, she was promoted to Director of Marketing, leading the company's branding, growth, and national outreach. In 2026, she became Director of the Program, overseeing the expansion of NIL Real Estate and leading the successful relocation of the entire program to Virginia, where it continues to grow and serve student-athletes across the country.
Outside of real estate, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their two children, George and Charleigh, and their three spoiled dogs—who frequently make appearances in her marketing. She is passionate about serving her community and has dedicated countless hours to supporting local organizations and charitable initiatives. She also founded Katy & Co Cares, a nonprofit dedicated to making a positive impact throughout the community. Through her leadership, commitment to service, and passion for helping others succeed, Katy continues to make a lasting impact in both the real estate industry and her community.
Administrative Specialist
Marie Wilson
Marie Wilson is an experienced administrative specialist with more than 15 years in the real estate industry.
She is known for her dedication and attention to detail, and takes pride in staying organized, keeping transactions on track, and providing reliable support to agents and clients throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys crafting, reading, hiking, and camping. She lives in Arizona with her husband, Jim, and two teenagers and treasures the time she spends with family and friends. She is also actively involved in her church and enjoys opportunities to serve and support others in her community.
She believes that strong relationships are at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally. Her caring nature, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others make her a valued part of the team.
